Current status
Checkout flow and order completion
- Address, fulfillment and payment guidance follows the currently active checkout process.
- Order completion communication was aligned with the live confirmation flow.
- Follow-up guidance (order history and payment state) was refreshed for current behavior.
Step 1
Enter the delivery address
- Enter name, street, postal code, city and country.
- You can optionally use a separate billing address.
- If you are logged in, stored data is prefilled.
- Missing or implausible fields are validated directly.
Step 2
Choose shipping or pickup
Select either shipping to the provided address or in-store pickup in checkout. Costs are recalculated immediately.

| Express shipping | Faster delivery | Visible only when enabled in the shop. |
| In-store pickup | Ready notification by email | Shipping costs are removed. Contact and billing details remain required for follow-up questions and invoicing. |
Step 3
Confirm the payment method
The current live checkout uses card payment through Stripe.
- Card details are processed in a secure payment flow.
- Additional payment methods may go live later.
- The checkout only shows methods that are actually enabled right now.
As soon as more payment methods go live, they will appear directly in checkout and on the payment methods help page.
Step 4
Review and place the order
- Review items, fulfillment, shipping costs and grand total.
- Accept the required notices and conditions.
- Complete the purchase with the final checkout action.
- After successful payment you land on the confirmation page.
